Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the technology and telecommunications industry, is seeking to recruit an Administration Specialist to join their team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to the management team as directed.
  • Present a positive and professional image of the office to visitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee dormitory operations
  • Overview the cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide travel support to employees, coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Coordinate courier services for documents and packages.
  • Support relocation projects, staff moves, and meeting room management.
  • Monitor and streamline administrative processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage administrative contracts related to travel, cleaning, and office supplies.
  • Assist with IT asset distribution and collaborate with business units and asset managers.
  • Address employee complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team’s operations.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment, including finance and administration.
  • Experience with office setup or construction is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required; Mandarin is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
