Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of Cyprus’ largest Energy Group, is seeking to recruit an After Sales Engineer - Technical Support to join its team in Limassol.
Duties:
- Manage and resolve technical and operational issues related to Photovoltaic (PV) Systems and Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers.
- Provide technical support to customers, including the preparation of quotations, handling customer complaints, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Monitor and coordinate post-installation projects, ensuring smooth execution of works and timely communication with customers.
- Participate in Electricity Authority inspections, providing the necessary technical support and representing the company when required.
- Ensure the proper delivery of technical documentation, warranties, and monitoring systems, while preparing relevant technical reports and assessments.
- Manage equipment and resources to maximise productivity and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within the Group and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid ETEK licence
- Registration with the Electromechanical Services Department (EMS) and Photovoltaic Systems Installer Licence will be considered an advantage
- Very good command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with relevant software applications
- Completed military obligations, where applicable
