Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a growing real estate development company, is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Officer to join its team in Paphos.
Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers following the sale, providing professional support and handling inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Coordinate property handovers, including scheduling appointments and preparing all related documentation
- Record, monitor, and follow up on snagging items, defects, warranty claims, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, and internal departments to facilitate the completion of aftersales matters
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor requests, deadlines, and ongoing actions through to completion
- Prepare updates and reports for management regarding the status of outstanding matters
- Maintain organized customer, property, and handover documentation and support the administration of aftersales processes
- Coordinate with sales, administration, construction, and management teams to ensure effective communication and follow-up
- Perform any other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service, property management, or aftersales. Experience within the real estate, property development, or construction sectors will be considered an advantage, particularly in aftersales-related roles.
- Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using CRM systems or task-management software
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken; knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
What We Offer
• Competitive gross annual salary ranging from €19,200 to €22,800, depending on qualifications and experience.
