Aftersales Officer

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a growing real estate development company, is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Officer to join its team in Paphos.

 

Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers following the sale, providing professional support and handling inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate property handovers, including scheduling appointments and preparing all related documentation
  • Record, monitor, and follow up on snagging items, defects, warranty claims, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, and internal departments to facilitate the completion of aftersales matters
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor requests, deadlines, and ongoing actions through to completion
  • Prepare updates and reports for management regarding the status of outstanding matters
  • Maintain organized customer, property, and handover documentation and support the administration of aftersales processes
  • Coordinate with sales, administration, construction, and management teams to ensure effective communication and follow-up
  • Perform any other related duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service, property management, or aftersales. Experience within the real estate, property development, or construction sectors will be considered an advantage, particularly in aftersales-related roles.
  • Excellent computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using CRM systems or task-management software
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken; knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.

 

What We Offer

• Competitive gross annual salary ranging from €19,200 to €22,800, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • 09:00 – 17:00
