A leading International organization in Cyprus is seeking three dynamic and experienced Area Sales Managers to join an expanding established sales team, each dedicated to one of the following cities: Nicosia, Larnaca, and Limassol.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and expanding our client services to large enterprise clients within their respective areas. This role involves accompanying sales executives to meetings with high-level decision-makers and identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings or establish new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building
    • Visit potential and existing clients to promote a wide range of services.
    • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients in the assigned city.
    • Accompany sales executives to meetings with senior decision-makers to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or create new client relationships within the city.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the assigned geographical area.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Collaborate with sales executives to develop strategic sales plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry is advantageous.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned city as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sectors such as logistics, financial services, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
