Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our valued client, one of the largest international retail chains in Europe, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager in Limassol.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store, the implementation of company standards, and the achievement of sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Store Manager in implementing the company’s strategy.

  • Achieves and exceeds sales targets by attracting new customers and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Monitors sales performance and store inventory levels.

  • Assists in supervising departments and managing the cash desk.

  • Is responsible for staff scheduling and coordinating working hours to ensure smooth store operations.

  • Supports, guides, and motivates department supervisors and sales staff.

  • Ensures high standards of customer service and resolves operational issues.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, ideally in a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager role.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team spirit and the ability to motivate staff.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Interest or knowledge in technology and/or cultural product categories.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
