Key Responsibilities
As an Associate IT Analyst, you will:
- Design, build, and deploy IT solutions and services alongside cross-functional teams
- Analyze and define business and technical requirements to support decision-making
- Provide technical support and business advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless IT service delivery
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with security and backup protocols
- Identify and optimize IT processes, enhancing workflows and promoting best practices
- Collaborate with teams across IT and business functions to drive innovation and efficiency
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- A university degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT or a business function
- Proficiency in cloud operations (AWS), IT service management, and business process analysis
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or CAPM (Project Management) certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or knowledge of SAFe/Agile methodologies
- Experience in data analytics, IT service delivery, or coordinating small teams
