Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a multinational company in the technology and stationary industry we are seeking to recruit an experienced B2B Account Manager to join their Sales Team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Job Summary

The successful applicant must have 3 years of B2B Sales experience in the technology and/or stationary sector in Cyprus. He / She will be responsible to manage and develop new / existing clients, responding to customer requirements, whilst achieving revenue & margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote company’s products and services to corporate customers
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts / clients, maintain, and expand relationships with them
  • Expand and build the relationships with new and/ or existing customers by continuously proposing solutions / products that meet their business objectives
  • Understand and analyse future trends to capture business opportunities with leads and existing customers
  • Provide appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service and support to ensure sales targets are met
  • Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented
  • To collect, report and analyse the customer feedback / information on present as well as future market trends in the context of possible further market penetration
  • To promote the positive company image and develops long-term relations with the customers
  • Create and execute Account / Customer plans aligned with national plans to promote added value

Knowledge & Work Experience

  • At least 3 years in B2B (Corporate technology / stationary products) sales experience in acquiring and managing medium to large accounts
  • Demonstrated good level leadership/project management skills during previous work experience
  • University Degree in Business Management / Retail / Sales & Marketing / Economics will be considered an advantage
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Greek verbal and written
