Manpower Cyprus, we are looking for a B2B Platforms & Engagement Executive to join our team in Nicosia, supporting the operations of our client Philip Morris Cyprus

The successful candidate will manage the company’s B2B platforms and lead the Engagement pillar of the trade partnership framework for the traditional retail channel, aiming to maximize retailer engagement, provide effective support to the network and contribute to commercial objectives.

As a B2B Platforms & Engagement Executive, you will:

Develop and implement trade engagement plans

  • Contribute to the engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with Sales and Commercial teams.
  • Propose solutions to meet business objectives and optimize performance.

Manage the OPEN platform (Salesforce Digital Commerce / Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

  • Define the content management strategy in line with the commercial strategy.
  • Set the objectives and produce relevant content (local production and/or global adaptation).
  • Own the relevant content administration tasks (publish, validate and assign points).
  • Monitor level of engagement and understanding of the audience and adjust content based on learnings.
  • Own contract with the third-party supplier who provides technical support: set clear expectations and provide direction and guidance.
  • Ensure functionality, resolve technical issues with third-party technical support, and implement upgrades.

Content strategy & execution

  • Define and execute content strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Manage content publishing, validation, and performance monitoring.
  • Adjust based on audience engagement insights.

CRM & Retailer engagement

  • Design and roll out the CRM plan to maximize activation and engagement.
  • Cluster retailer audiences and design tailored communication journeys.
  • Define and execute engagement plans (channels, messages, frequency).
  • Monitor results and continuously optimize for impact.

Lead digital B2B campaigns

  • Plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns through Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

Reporting & performance monitoring

  • Track engagement KPIs and platform adoption.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

B2B call line and retailer support

  • Oversee the B2B call line, ensuring prompt and effective retailer support.
  • Provide guidance on the use of the OPEN platform.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in digital marketing, brand/trade marketing or sales marketing (FMCG or digital agency experience will be considered an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Digital Commerce / Salesforce Commerce Cloud or/and digital background will be considered as advantage.
  • Digital background will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
