Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client specializing in retail, distribution, and marketing services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back office Officer to join their dynamic team

Job Description:

As a Back-office Officer you will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks that support the company's daily functions. You will play a key role in processing orders, managing invoices and proformas, coordinating purchasing activities, and ensuring efficient documentation and record-keeping

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process orders, invoices, and proformas accurately and efficiently
  • Handle purchasing activities, including liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely procurement
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, correspondence, and other relevant documents
  • Support general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding administrative matters
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, back-office support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage invoices, orders, and purchasing processes efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the retail, distribution, or marketing industry is an advantage
  • Candidates must already reside in Cyprus and be eligible to work without the need for visa sponsorship
