Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the fast moving consumer goods sector, is looking to recruit a Brand Manager for full-time employment in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business growth and market share objectives.
- Manage and monitor brand performance, sales results, and marketing KPIs.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between brand and commercial objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance and market developments.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities
- Fluency in Greek and English.
