We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Research Development Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support while managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to the company’s development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Research & Development:
- Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations for new initiatives
- Assist in project coordination and tracking of business development activities
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Handle email correspondence and draft communications
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent Greek & English Language both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
