Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of one of the largest, leading and award-winning property developers in Cyprus, is currently recruiting for a full-time Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) to join their team in Paphos
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction sites in terms of quality, timelines, and cost control
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations on site
- Prepare and maintain required technical and project documentation
- Manage schedules and ensure projects are delivered within strict deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Fluent knowledge of Greek (spoken and written); English will be considered an advantage
- Valid driving license
- Professional certification in Project Management will be considered an advantage

- Wednesday: 08:00–13:00 & 14:30–17:30
