An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit a Conference Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising and curating the event agenda, topics and speakers of the expos and conferences.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content creation processes and timelines
  • Design agenda journeys tailored to different audience levels through curated content
  • Conduct research to align content with event strategy and audience needs, enhancing learning experiences
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry-leading speakers and brands
  • Coordinate speaker participation and oversee all related logistics
  • Track deadlines to ensure key milestones are met
  • Oversee on-site agenda execution, collaborating with AV and production teams to ensure smooth event flow and addressing any issues
  • Maintain a content management system for planning and post-event use
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, event production, and development teams to manage content aspects
  • Handle all communications with speakers and manage design elements for events
  • Keep the event website agenda section updated with current schedules and speaker information
  • Contribute to pre-event marketing efforts to drive interest and session registration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or in any other a relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in designing agendas, identifying and managing speakers and creating engaging event experiences
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex, Fintech industry
  • Possess excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to research and identify relevant event industries, case studies for the event content
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
