Manpower, on behalf of our client, Philip Morris Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Consumer Experience Executive to join their team in Nicosia.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Support the implementation of the company’s consumer engagement strategy across various touchpoints and platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct audience research and apply data-driven segmentation to tailor consumer programs and communications to different customer groups.
- Coordinate and adapt brand campaigns to align with consumer needs and preferences across digital and physical channels.
- Analyze performance metrics, campaign reports, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the execution of consumer marketing plans, maintaining project timelines and ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful consumer experiences and support strategic objectives.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consumer marketing, customer engagement, or campaign management.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced level preferred).
