Manpower, on behalf of our client, Philip Morris Cyprus, we are looking to recruit a Consumer Experience Executive to join their team in Nicosia.

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Execute the implementation company's loyalty strategy via IQOS Brand Loyalty platform to increase customer engagement and boost retention
  • Perform target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment
  • Deploy and adjust Brand campaigns to IQOS CLUB based on members' needs
  • Analyse campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of brand loyalty strategy
  • Oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar and updating the overall promotional direction
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the local loyalty strategy

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or Communications (an MBA is a plus)
  • At least 2 years’ experience with loyalty campaigns, planning and execution
  • Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Preferable)
