Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, a leading corporate solutions provider based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Officer to join its growing team

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of local and international companies
  • Execute banking instructions and process client payments
  • Prepare and submit corporate documents to relevant authorities
  • Maintain company records, statutory files, and databases
  • Handle company incorporations, amendments, and other corporate procedures
  • Liaise with clients, banks, service providers, and government authorities
  • Prepare corporate documents and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Administration team
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Corporate Office/Administration role
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail

Flexible Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: Start between 07:30 and 09:30, with corresponding finishing times between 16:30 and 18:30
  • Friday: 07:30 – 14:30
