Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a leading multinational telecommunications client is currently recruiting for full time Datacom Technical Engineer to join their qualified, highly trained and experienced team in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle project deployment, including high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), equipment commissioning, testing, migration, site swaps, and system acceptance.
- Conduct product proof-of-concept (PoC) testing by creating test cases and defining issue-reporting schedules.
- Provide pre-sales support, contributing to service solutions and network HLD design.
- Deliver maintenance support in line with established procedures and customer service level agreements (SLAs), offering technical assistance to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or at least four years of equivalent experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong sense of confidence, responsibility, and a positive attitude to drive team success.
- Fluent Greek and English with excellent customer communication skills.
