On behalf of our client, a leading company in the lighting industry, Manpower Cyprus is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Officer.

The successful candidate will support the company's e-commerce and marketing operations, ensuring the effective management of online sales processes, website content, customer experience, and digital marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic business while working closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the company's online presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring content accuracy, website functionality, and an optimal user experience.
  • Oversee online sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, quotations, shipment coordination, returns management, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain product information, pricing, and inventory updates through SAP Business One (SAP B1) and ensure seamless synchronization with the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide professional customer support through email, telephone, website enquiries, and social media channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and online sales initiatives.
  • Create and manage promotional offers, discount campaigns, coupon codes, and other e-commerce-related activities aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales.
  • Assist with the management of website content, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media activities.
  • Monitor website performance, online sales trends, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials, promotional assets, packaging requirements, and other brand-related projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance online performance and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations, website management, and online sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Will Be Considered an Advantage

  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Shopware.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and newsletter management.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
