Manpower Cyprus is seeking an Ecommerce Officer on behalf of our client to support their online sales and contribute to brand growth through various digital channels. In this role, you will work closely with a global team to plan, implement, and optimize ecommerce activities, aiming to improve sales, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen online presence.
Main Responsibilities
Ecommerce Support & Planning

Assist in developing and executing the annual ecommerce plan to boost online sales and brand awareness.

Help prepare digital marketing activities for technology and entertainment products, using consumer insights and market trends.

Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve the online store’s user experience, site performance, and mobile compatibility.

Contribute ideas to enhance web operations, including delivery, payment, and security processes.

Stay updated on ecommerce trends and suggest improvements to maintain brand competitiveness.
Online Store Operations

Monitor daily sales and website performance, reporting key findings to the team.

Review and update website content to ensure it reflects the brand identity and current promotions.

Support the timely launch of online promotions and campaigns.

Check product listings and prices to ensure competitiveness.

Assist in optimizing the customer journey and website navigation.

Utilize ecommerce tools (such as merchandising and user analytics) to help increase online sales.

Collaborate with other sales channels (such as in-store pickup or phone orders) to support a seamless customer experience.

Work with the digital marketing team to align on campaigns and website needs.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an ecommerce role, ideally in retail or FMCG.

Good understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, and website analytics.

Basic knowledge of user experience, web design, and online customer journeys.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS, and tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organized, with effective project coordination abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
