Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).
Main Responsibilities & Skills
- Plan and implement email marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and retention
- Develop and oversee email marketing schedules to ensure timely and relevant content distribution
- Create, code, and test responsive email templates, focusing on deliverability and user experience optimization
- Segment email lists based on user data and behavior for effective personalization and targeting of email campaigns
- Track email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments
- Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign outcomes to uncover areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Work collaboratively with teams like design, content, and client service to ensure email marketing efforts align with overall marketing strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements and skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or in any other relevant field
- Proven 3+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist preferably in the financial industry
- Hands on experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and coding
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, SendGridm Campaign Monitor and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, spam regulations and email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills (English)
- An ability to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environment
- You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
