Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our esteemed client, a multinational leader in cutting-edge ICT solutions, is seeking to recruit an Enterprise Business Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Cyprus This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, and be at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the Enterprise and Government sector
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic clients across industries including government, finance, energy, manufacturing, and transportation
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and securing large-scale ICT projects
  • Collaborate closely with presales, technical, and channel partners to design tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and market share targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in ICT/technology solution sales, ideally within enterprise or government sectors
  • Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, data networking, and digital transformation solutions
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify and cultivate opportunities in complex environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Greek (fluency required)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in an international, matrix-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across the region
