Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our esteemed client, a multinational leader in cutting-edge ICT solutions and products, is seeking to recruit an Enterprise Business Solutions Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with strong technical and channel exposure to support complex solution design, enable partners, and drive growth through strategic pre-sales and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical IP sales process and contribute to the design of technical customer solutions, translating customer requirements into fit-for-purpose solution proposals.
- Provide consultancy support to partners on designing networking solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, best-practice architecture, and strong solution positioning.
- Deliver partner skill training and enhancement (enablement sessions, workshops, and ongoing guidance) and drive partner opportunities to contribute to increased sales volumes.
- Provide full product line specifications and remain updated on the complete product and solution offerings, including new releases, roadmaps, and positioning.
- Maintain strong knowledge of key competitors’ product lines and future direction, leveraging competitive insights to support win strategies.
- Support the Sales (Key Account) and Marketing teams on pre-sales activities, including presentations, solution demonstrations, technical documentation, responses to tenders/RFPs, and proposal support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in ICT/technology solution sales, ideally within enterprise and/or government environments.
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and networking solutions; ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify, shape, and progress opportunities in complex environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Greek (fluency required).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international, matrix-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across the region.
- Language skill requirement: Fluent in both Greek and English
