Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational telecommunications client for an Enterprise Solution Sales Specialist to join their team in Nicosia. This is a full-time, on-site position.

The role is responsible for driving enterprise solution opportunities end-to-end, combining strong technical pre-sales capabilities with customer-facing consultative selling. You will work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams to shape solution proposals, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical pre-sales support, including quotations, network design, proposals, pre-sale testing, and demos for the sales team and partners
  • Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with enterprise customers and channel partners
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to customers, partners, and prospects
  • Collect and analyze relevant market and customer information to support go-to-market activities
  • Strengthen customer relationships and collaborate with partners to evaluate and grow long-term cooperation
  • Meet with customers to understand requirements and design effective, tailored solutions
  • Promote a full portfolio of enterprise solutions (e.g., IP networks, transmission/optical, storage, cloud, SME solutions) and maintain strong competitive awareness

Candidate profile

  • Solid knowledge of enterprise solutions such as switching, routing, firewall, Wi-Fi, transmission, optical, storage, and cloud technologies
  • Vendor technical certifications (e.g., HCSX/HCIX or equivalent such as CCIX) are considered an advantage
  • Minimum 2  years of experience in technical pre-sales or post-sales roles
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and map them to the most suitable solution
  • Customer-focused mindset with respect for customer requirements and delivery quality
  • Good understanding of business models and market strategy principles
  • Strong collaboration skills across product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving approach and ability to think differently when designing solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, willing to learn, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written)
