FinTech Sales Executive

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a one of the largest FinTech companies worldwide, we are seeking to recruit a FinTech Sales Executive to join their team to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Grow the business in Cyprus by signing, training and activating new agents
  • Managing business development activities with existing agents
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations across Cyprus
  • Be responsible for the agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory



  • University degree
  • Proven past experience in sales will be considered and advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • European Driving License
