Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest FinTech companies worldwide, is seeking to recruit a FinTech Sales Executive to join their team. This position is based in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Expand the business in Cyprus by signing, training, and activating new agents
- Manage business development activities with existing agents
- Meet and exceed sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing in-store sales
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process
- Support agent activation and conduct regular visits to high-performing locations across Cyprus
- Manage the agent lifecycle for all independent agents within your territory
Requirements:
- University degree
- Proven experience in sales (considered an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach
- Valid European Driving License
