Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest FinTech companies worldwide, is seeking to recruit a FinTech Sales Executive to join their team. This position is based in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Expand the business in Cyprus by signing, training, and activating new agents
  • Manage business development activities with existing agents
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing in-store sales
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process
  • Support agent activation and conduct regular visits to high-performing locations across Cyprus
  • Manage the agent lifecycle for all independent agents within your territory

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Proven experience in sales (considered an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven approach
  • Valid European Driving License
