Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of one of the largest, leading and award-winning property developers in Cyprus, is currently recruiting for a full-time Foreman to join their team in Paphos.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise project milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate and execute tasks under the direction of the Civil Engineer.
- Oversee construction personnel to ensure efficient and productive work.
- Manage and optimize the use of machinery and materials.
- Calculate material requirements and coordinate orders with the Civil Engineer.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation as required.
- Communicate and coordinate task methodology and health & safety measures with the Civil Engineer.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the Civil Engineer and construction team.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Civil Engineer.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
- Fluent knowledge of Greek (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge and experience using Level optical instruments.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 08:00–13:00 & 14:30–17:00
