Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading supplier of building materials, is looking to hire a Front Office Administrator (Receptionist) to join their team in Engomi, Nicosia.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assistance in the Accounting Department (invoices, payroll)
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
  • Managing the reception area, answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
  • Managing customer inquiries and forwarding issues to the appropriate department

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field
  • LCCI Certificate or previous experience in accounting is desired
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English/Greek
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Salary:

Working Days/Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (08:30 – 13:00) / (15:00 – 18:30) (Summer)
  • Monday - Friday (08:30 – 13:00) / (14:30 – 18:00) (Winter)
  • Saturday (09:30 – 13:30) (Additional pay)
