Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading supplier of building materials, is looking to hire a Front Office Administrator (Receptionist) to join their team in Engomi, Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assistance in the Accounting Department (invoices, payroll)
- Welcoming and greeting visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
- Managing the reception area, answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting with administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
- Managing customer inquiries and forwarding issues to the appropriate department
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field
- LCCI Certificate or previous experience in accounting is desired
- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English/Greek
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Monday - Friday (08:30 – 13:00) / (15:00 – 18:30) (Summer)
- Monday - Friday (08:30 – 13:00) / (14:30 – 18:00) (Winter)
