Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across the group from their Nicosia offices.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Board and senior management, driving a consistent, compliant, and high-performing people agenda across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning across the group.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Design and manage a group performance management framework and learning & development programmes.
- Govern HR operations, payroll oversight, HRIS, and the annual HR budget.
- Develop and maintain group HR policies, ensuring compliance with Cyprus employment law and best practice.
- Produce clear HR metrics and reports to support decision-making at Board level.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s or CIPD/SHRM is an advantage.
- 8+ years’ HR experience, including 4+ years in a managerial/leadership role (HR Manager / Group HR Manager / Head of HR), ideally in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law and the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven track record in employee relations, change management, and HR transformation.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced user of MS Office; experience with HRIS systems.
- Right to live and work in Cyprus.
