An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-established international group offering professional services across multiple sectors.

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across the group from their Nicosia offices.

You will act as a strategic partner to the Board and senior management, driving a consistent, compliant, and high-performing people agenda across all entities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning across the group.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Design and manage a group performance management framework and learning & development programmes.
  • Govern HR operations, payroll oversight, HRIS, and the annual HR budget.
  • Develop and maintain group HR policies, ensuring compliance with Cyprus employment law and best practice.
  • Produce clear HR metrics and reports to support decision-making at Board level.

 

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s or CIPD/SHRM is an advantage.
  • 8+ years’ HR experience, including 4+ years in a managerial/leadership role (HR Manager / Group HR Manager / Head of HR), ideally in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in employee relations, change management, and HR transformation.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced user of MS Office; experience with HRIS systems.
  • Right to live and work in Cyprus.
