Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company's values, driving employee engagement, and creating a positive work environment. This role involves a blend of operational and strategic HR responsibilities, contributing to a culture that aligns with the company’s values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including job description preparation and job postings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare relevant documentation for new employees and maintain personnel records.
- Maintain and update personnel record systems.
- Organize and monitor employee training and development plans based on company needs.
- Complete and maintain HRDA forms for training purposes.
- Contribute to the development and revision of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Develop ideas for corporate events, assist in their execution, and maintain appraisal forms.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR matters.
- Perform general HR administrative duties.
Qualifications & Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of Cypriot employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Positive, outgoing, and dynamic personality with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
