On behalf of our client, the Global leader in ATM & ITM fintech solutions, we are currently seeking to recruit an HR Consultant to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The successfull candidate will work within the HR Team to provide senior consultation to managers and employees in a cluster of countries within the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region in different aspects such as Employee / Labor Relations, Recruitment and Employee Development. Further he / she will be responsible for executing company workforce initiatives as developed by the HR Strategic Business Partners, and Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning and Total Rewards Strategies.

The successful candidate will be employed under Manpower, seconded to the client, on a fixed term 7 month contract.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the Employee Relations Strategy
  • Support the resolution of employee issues and concerns
  • Participate in business-aligned projects as defined by HR leadership
  • Stay up-to date with employment laws and company policies
  • Support the implementation of corporate programs such as Employee Engagement and Talent Management
  • Collaborate with managers on employee performance improvement plans
  • Manage basic employee relations issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Support the execution of company workforce initiatives
  • Engage with the HR Central Contact Centre to improve work processes
  • Assist managers in implementing HR programs effectively
  • Work with HR team members to communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a liaison across HR functions to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or in any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Fintech or technology sector
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Possess excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience with HR programs and projects will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English Language
  • Familiarity with MEA region employment practices will be an asset
