An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a HR Officer to join their expanding team based in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Track leave requests and assist employees with inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle immigration and work permit processes.
- Manage employee travel arrangements and visa applications.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace.
- Support candidate communication and participation in interviews
- Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
