An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a HR Officer to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Track leave requests and assist employees with inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Handle immigration and work permit processes.
  • Manage employee travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace.
  • Support candidate communication and participation in interviews
  • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
