Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent aligned with company values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace, acting as a trusted advisor for employees and managers.
- Implement performance management frameworks and drive recognition programs.
- Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Cypriot labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related matters.
- Support HR strategy, succession planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of Cypriot employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR software and MS Office
- Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
