Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client - the market leader in the home appliances retail sector in Cyprus - is seeking to recruit a dynamic Installation Scheduling Coordinator. As an Installation Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the central hub for scheduling, communication, and coordination of all white goods installation services. Operating from our clients modern office environment, you will manage customer appointments, coordinate installation teams, and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This Monday-to-Friday office role is perfect for an organized professional who thrives on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and manage installation schedules and timelines across multiple installation teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and efficiency
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring adherence to customer commitments
  • Optimize daily routes and technician assignments for maximum efficiency
  • Handle appointment rescheduling and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Manage and control costs within the area of responsibility.

Customer Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise with customers to confirm installation requirements and appointment details
  • Provide customers with installation updates, delivery windows, and technical requirements
  • Act as primary point of contact for installation-related inquiries and service requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

Operations Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for timely service delivery
  • Monitor daily service orders and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities and customer interactions
  • Analyse scheduling data and service reports to improve performance metrics and achieve KPI targets

Team Coordination:

  • Assign installation tasks to field technicians based on skills, location, and availability
  • Provide administrative support and guidance to installation teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Manage cost control within the area of responsibility while maintaining service excellence

Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • TEI/AEI degree (preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field) or equivalent work experience in scheduling/coordination roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or customer service management in a similar environment
  • Experience in appliance installation scheduling or similar technical service coordination is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for scheduling and data analysis
  • Experience with scheduling software and calendar management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer database management is an advantage
