Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ leading contractors and property developers, is seeking to recruit a talented Interior Designer / Architect to join their team.
The Interior Designer / Architect will be responsible for developing innovative architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor architectural designs.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings.
- Submit designs and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Sketch-Up, or other design software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail.
