Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our international client, a well-established European group of department stores, is looking to hire an IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations across stores and the head office in Nicosia.
About the role
You’ll help keep users, stores, and core systems running smoothly by providing technical support and basic administration across PCs, networks, POS, and business systems. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external IT partners when needed.
What you’ll do
- Provide 1st-line and 2nd-line user support (PCs, printers, scanners, Microsoft 365).
- Support POS and store connectivity issues, and escalate complex cases when required.
- Assist with ERP user support (e.g., Cubit or similar), basic setup, and troubleshooting.
- Help with basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) across stores and the head office.
- Assist with account setup, access rights, and IT onboarding/offboarding tasks.
- Support routine checks, updates, and documentation (assets, incidents, basic procedures).
What we’re looking for
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or strong practical experience).
- At least 1–2 years in an IT Support / IT Officer / Helpdesk role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows.
- Basic understanding of networks and IT security (user access, passwords, safe practices).
- Fluent Greek and English.
- Reliable, service-oriented, and able to work well with non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting retail stores or multi-site environments.
- Familiarity with ERP/POS systems.
- Basic SQL or Power BI exposure.
