Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading international group of information technology companies for a Junior Account Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and aligning commercial solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts.
- Develop compelling value propositions for IT products and solutions.
- Drive sales growth through market knowledge, account management expertise, and customer focus.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Identify target markets and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate, track, and report on sales proposals and leads.
- Follow up on projects and ensure successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create strategic action plans for complex projects, including engagement of Presales and Bid Management teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager and senior management.
- Develop new accounts and expand business within key customer portfolios.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree; a background in technology is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the IT industry
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers
- Team-oriented and comfortable interacting with people at all levels
Remuneration
