Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading international group of information technology companies for a Junior Account Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and aligning commercial solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts.
  • Develop compelling value propositions for IT products and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through market knowledge, account management expertise, and customer focus.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Identify target markets and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate, track, and report on sales proposals and leads.
  • Follow up on projects and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create strategic action plans for complex projects, including engagement of Presales and Bid Management teams.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager and senior management.
  • Develop new accounts and expand business within key customer portfolios.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree; a background in technology is an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the IT industry
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers
  • Team-oriented and comfortable interacting with people at all levels

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package plus annual bonuses will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
