Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading multinational telecommunications company, is seeking a Junior Datacom Engineer to join their expanding team in Nicosia. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build a strong technical foundation in Telecommunications, Datacom and network engineering.
Main Responsibilities

Support senior engineers in project implementation, including network configuration, testing, and equipment commissioning.

Assist in preparing and reviewing design documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

Participate in product testing, troubleshooting, and technical reporting activities.

Contribute to maintenance and support operations to ensure system reliability and performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver innovative and efficient technical solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

0–2 years of experience in Datacom, networking, or telecommunications (internships or academic projects considered an advantage).

Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals and a keen interest in Datacom technologies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
