Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of Cyprus’ largest Energy Group, is seeking to recruit a Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) to support the development and evaluation of Renewable Energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Renewable Energy projects
- Evaluate Renewable Energy projects, considering technical, financial and town-planning parameters
- Plan and coordinate project development, including budget preparation, scheduling and engineering design
- Prepare feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies relating to Renewable Energy
- Conduct financial analysis (cost–benefit analyses), assess project viability, forecast revenues and support return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations
- Follow all required procedures and complete relevant documentation supporting quality assurance, Occupational Health & Safety, and environmental management, in line with standards and applicable legislation (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Undertake any other duties assigned in accordance with the Group’s procedures relevant to the role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical)
- Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to travel when required for client meetings and/or industry events
- Knowledge of PVsyst will be considered an advantage
