Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading international fintech organization in Cyprus, for a Junior Graphic Designer position based in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will be a creative and driven individual with a passion for design, eager to contribute to impactful projects within a fast-growing, international environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing engaging materials for various media, including brochures, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with team members and departments across the Group to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
- Contribute to the development of branding materials that align with the company’s identity and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator, as well as Blender (3D).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- A mindset of curiosity with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and consistency in design.
- Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback.
