Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the company's values, driving employee engagement, and creating a positive work environment. This role involves a blend of operational and strategic HR responsibilities, contributing to a culture that aligns with the company’s values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare relevant documentation for new employees and maintain personnel records
- Maintain and update personnel record systems
- Complete and maintain HRDA forms for training purposes
- Perform general HR administrative duties
- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including job description preparation and job postings
Qualifications & Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of Cypriot employment laws and regulations would be an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HR software and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
- Positive, outgoing, and dynamic personality with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
