Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading home appliances provider in Europe is seeking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with Key Partners to drive mutual business growth
- Execute sales strategies to meet targets, including business volume, profitability, inventory, and revenue
- Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to improve market share and price index, ensuring nationwide channel penetration and product visibility
- Regularly visit stores to engage with the sales floor
- Manage the balance of sales and stock for Key Accounts, co-design promotional campaigns to drive sustainable growth
- Analyze customer needs, monitor market changes and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to create more value for customers
- Contribute to product management by preparing competition benchmarks and providing insights
- Oversee supply chain operations to ensure business continuity and provide sales forecasts for production planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or in any other related field
- 3 - 5 years of previous experience in the Home Appliance Industry
- Good knowledge of the retail and wholesale industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- European Driving Licence
- Be able to travel across Cyprus on a regular basis
- Possess excellent presentation skills
