Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading home appliances provider in Europe is seeking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with Key Partners to drive mutual business growth
  • Execute sales strategies to meet targets, including business volume, profitability, inventory, and revenue
  • Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to improve market share and price index, ensuring nationwide channel penetration and product visibility
  • Regularly visit stores to engage with the sales floor
  • Manage the balance of sales and stock for Key Accounts, co-design promotional campaigns to drive sustainable growth
  • Analyze customer needs, monitor market changes and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to create more value for customers
  • Contribute to product management by preparing competition benchmarks and providing insights
  • Oversee supply chain operations to ensure business continuity and provide sales forecasts for production planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or in any other related field
  • 3 - 5 years of previous experience in the Home Appliance Industry
  • Good knowledge of the retail and wholesale industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • European Driving Licence
  • Be able to travel across Cyprus on a regular basis
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
