Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international company engaged in the development and distribution of IT products, is seeking to recruit a Key Account Manager
This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a central role in driving sales and expanding relationships with governmental organizations and key corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong partnerships with decision-makers in the IT distribution sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients.
- Promote the company’s IT products and communicate their value.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and manage client pipeline via CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, ideally in IT distribution or government sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM and sales software.
