Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Nicosia (Dali).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse and the effective management of orders and inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the Logistics and Warehouse departments

Monitor the receiving, storage, picking, order preparation and dispatch processes

Use and monitor WMS/ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of records and data

Monitor the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement

Monitor operational data, reports and KPIs and prepare relevant reports
-
Identify delays, errors or other operational issues and collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve them

Collaborate with the Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Participate in the implementation of new procedures and the continuous improvement of warehouse operations

Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Previous experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain

Very good knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel
-
Previous experience in FMCG, Distribution or in a high-volume order environment will be considered an additional advantage
