Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international Group of Companies and a leading organisation in the local market operating across innovative and fast-growing sectors, is seeking to recruit a dynamic Marketing Executive to join their team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives, target audiences and brand strategy.
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, websites and other digital platforms.
- Create, coordinate and publish engaging marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, campaign materials, presentations and website content.
- Manage social media channels and online communities, ensuring consistent brand voice, timely engagement and high-quality content.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO initiatives, paid advertising campaigns and performance reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads and engagement metrics, using insights to improve future activity and return on investment.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify trends, opportunities and audience preferences.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, media partners and other stakeholders.
- Support the organisation of corporate events, sponsorships, promotional activities and brand activations.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign budgets and relevant marketing documentation.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with brand guidelines, data-protection requirements and applicable legislation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or another related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing, digital marketing or communications role.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, email marketing and digital campaign coordination.
- Good understanding of SEO, paid digital advertising, website analytics and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience using digital marketing, CRM, analytics or content-management tools will be considered an advantage.
- Strong copywriting and content-editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, reports and performance dashboards.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Creative, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative and results-focused approach.
