On behalf of our client, a leading company in the lighting industry, Manpower Cyprus is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s Marketing and E-shop departments. This includes managing promotional strategies, supervising digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and the retail network. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to effectively implement the company’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Lead and supervise the Marketing and E-shop teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and clear direction.
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.
- Manage digital marketing platforms including social media, website content, email campaigns, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs, using insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including Visual Merchandisers, Graphic Designers, and agencies, to maintain consistent brand presence.
- Conduct market research to uncover customer insights and inform decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Enhance the in-store and online customer experience, visually and emotionally.
- Own the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of projects from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
