An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management Company & Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit an On-Boarding Customer Success Executive to join their expanding team based in Limassol.
Job Description:
- Act as the main contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and strategic guidance
- Create and oversee communication plans and materials to support client onboarding
- Manage sponsorship packages with suppliers and partners
- Partner with Customer Success Executives and senior leadership to develop and execute customer success initiatives
- Offer ongoing support to clients during events, managing logistics, addressing client needs and ensuring expectations are met
- Oversee event activities to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
- Collaborate across teams to achieve event and organizational objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Analyze customer success data to improve outcomes and meet client goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing or in any other relevant field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management, coordinating and executing successful events will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and maintain strong external partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges
- Previous experience in preparing and managing customer quotations
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
