Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is seeking to recruit an Online Reputation Management Specialist to join their dynamic team in Larnaca (Marketing Department). You will play a critical role in monitoring, managing, and enhancing our brand's online presence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the company’s online presence, including brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across various online platforms (e.g., social media, forums, blogs, and review sites).
- Respond to online reviews and customer feedback promptly, addressing concerns and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content marketing, customer service, and compliance, to ensure a consistent and positive brand image.
- Track, analyze, and report on key online reputation metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate the company positively in the online space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management or a similar role.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- EU/EFTA citizens, holders of a Cyprus work permit, or foreign nationals married to EU citizens.
