Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, the largest technology and entertainment chain in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring monthly reports are accurate and payments are made on time
- Managing the timekeeping system to ensure accurate salary calculations
- Addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees
- Handling payroll-related administrative tasks, including the calculation of overtime, deductions, working hours, absences, and sick leave
- Performing additional HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a payroll position, ideally in the retail sector
- Bachelors’ Degree will be considered an advantage
- Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Being familiar with HR Administration processes (public authorities, employment legislation)
- Very Good command of the Greek and English language
- Computer literate with very good knowledge of Payroll software, MS Office (proficiency in Excel)
