Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of its client, a law firm based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Personal Assistant to the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising the Director’s daily schedule
  • Coordinating meetings, court appearances, business engagements and personal obligations
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls and e-mails
  • Drafting and sending professional correspondence to clients and associates
  • Coordinating business meetings, dinners and other corporate or social engagements
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Performing any other administrative duties assigned by the Director

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position or previous experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage
  • Very good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Professional manner, reliability and discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Working Hours

 Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 (including a 30-minute break)
