Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of its client, a law firm based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Personal Assistant to the Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and organising the Director’s daily schedule
- Coordinating meetings, court appearances, business engagements and personal obligations
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls and e-mails
- Drafting and sending professional correspondence to clients and associates
- Coordinating business meetings, dinners and other corporate or social engagements
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Performing any other administrative duties assigned by the Director
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position or previous experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage
- Very good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional manner, reliability and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 (including a 30-minute break)
